Reclaiming Light: A Spring Reset for Mothers
Reclaiming Light: A Spring Reset for Mothers
Spring invites renewal, yet seasonal transitions can feel tender. Reclaiming Light is an intentional gathering designed to give mothers space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves as winter gives way to spring.
In this 90-minute in-person session, participants will explore mindfulness practices, guided reflection, and practical tools to support emotional wellbeing. The experience is designed to help mothers cultivate awareness, navigate seasonal shifts, and move into the spring months with greater clarity, steadiness, and support.
To support mothers in fully participating, childcare and simple craft activities for children will be available on-site in partnership with hellobaby, creating a welcoming and family-friendly environment for attendees.
✨ Maternal Mindspace Series — an ongoing gathering that nurtures maternal wellbeing through reflection, connection, and holistic support.
